Happy Mother's Day

M - O - T - H - E - R

Author: Howard Johnson

"M" is for the million things she gave me,

"O" means only that she's growing old,

"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,

"H" is for her heart of purest gold;

"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,

"R" means right, and right she'll always be,

Put them all together, they spell

"MOTHER,"

A word that means the world to me

  1. Happy Mothers day to you, mothers are always so special.
    Mothers look different every generation. My generation it was the buns in the hair, getting a little chubby, but always that caring smile. Today you girls are better looking, more aggressive, more confident of your personal worth.
    BUT always the heart, that is what makes the mother. And they are always beautiful!!!

  3. Hi Rose,
    Oh boy, I'm not quite sure whether all the moms of the world want to be reminded of how they're growing old. But the rest is great!
    Best,
